MedZoom, launched in July 2008, is an internet directory of hyperlinks to medical reference sites intended for the benefit of healthcare professionals, practicing clinicians and students of medicine.

MedZoom intends to provide a uniquely user-friendly, highly organized interface that allows visitors to access information efficiently. The criteria used for selection of sites represented on MedZoom are as follows:

1) The reference site's information be authored by healthcare professionals, preferably peer-reviewed, and deemed credible.

2) All or nearly all of the reference site's content be accessible to users FREE of costs or subscription obligation.

MedZoom is not intended to be an exhaustive directory. We prefer to post a limited selection of useful links rather than overwhelm users with extensive choices. We will make every effort to repair and update broken links as necessary. Represented sites on MedZoom may change at any time, and will usually be replaced by newly discovered, more favorable reference links that we think our users will enjoy.
